True Story. I had soccer in high school and I was always picked last therefore made the Sub/Ref and sometimes I didn’t know why I bothered even standing in line. So before they started I just was blunt and asked if they were even going to pick me and they said no. Some one tried to stand up for me by saying “hey that’s mean, why tell her to sit down.” Which was answered with “What? Even if they pick her they won’t let her play.”

Its wasn’t that I sucked that bad, it was just that I was the only “white girl” in a room full of Hispanic, African American and Filipino boys who also happened to play on the soccer teams. So I didn’t seem too desirable. I made a great goalie though, but then they banned be from it cause they said they were worried they were going to kill me (even though I took wrestling and new how to take a hit ><
