I'm going to be reworking my Janus animation and I did some designs of the buildings. Since they live in a world where food is technology and stuff, It seems appropriate that the buildings would be food storage units.
I am a graduate from the Rhode Island School of Design with a major in Illustration. Do you mean what you can do without a college degree? Or do you mean what you can do to learn on your own? I guess the answer is practice, look at art books, try to look at the masters, go to open figure drawing classes, and read more art books. art books in general are good.
Thanks! Sorry my question was so general. I am a graphic design major at Mississippi College. I am hoping to go to grad school for animation or concept design (hadn't decided which yet), and I was just wondering about what you would recommend on practice on own since obviously I am not being trained in that... In fact could you tell me about RISD?
